SEED FORUM SWEDEN

The 1st Seed Forum Stockholm was carried out autumn 2005, and Seed Forum Stockholm spring 2008 will be the 6th forum in Stockholm which is the centre of venture capital in Scandinavia. The venues for Seed Forum Stockholm has been:
- autumn 2005: The auditorium of Iqube Inovation Centre in Norrlandsgatan 31
- spring 2006: The auditorium at Moderna Museet at Skeppsholmen
- autumn 2006 and spring 2007: Kaupthing Bank conference centre at Stureplan
- autumn 2007: Kilsalen at Berns Salonger
The first 3 evening receptions in Stockholm has been kindly hosted by the UKTI – the United Kingdom Trade & Investment – in the British Embassy in Diplomatstaden in Stockholm.

| A first local forum in Sweden was organized 30 May 2006 by the Inova Science Park in Kalrstad in Vârmland and was a major success attracting more than 80 participating investors from all over Sweden.
The Seed Forum Sweden Foundation is recently established to take responsibility for the development of the Seed Forum concept in Sweden. The development of Seed Forum in Sweden has been very progressive and many Swedish companies has already participated in Seed Forums in most destinations - the interest from Swedish companies to participate in the Seed Forum process is growing extensively. The Seed Forum Sweden Foundation will be working out of the United Spaces business centre in Vâsahuset in Stockholm.
